About the role

  • Ensure payments to facilities service providers and fixed partners.
  • Manage parking and mobile phone lines.
  • Place orders for disposables, beverages, coffee supplies and hygiene products.
  • Request preventive or ad-hoc maintenance (water coolers, air conditioning, pest control, equipment, etc.).
  • Send reports and track suppliers' invoices.
  • Generate labels and organize pickups with the postal service (Correios).
  • Support management of items in external storage.
  • Ensure delivery of service anniversary gifts, birthday presents and special kits.
  • Support the logistics of vouchers and awards.
  • Manage access and registrations.
  • Interface with the Infrastructure team for equipment requests and tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, facilities or human resources is a plus.
  • Organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication and willingness to collaborate in a team.
