About the role
- Ensure payments to facilities service providers and fixed partners.
- Manage parking and mobile phone lines.
- Place orders for disposables, beverages, coffee supplies and hygiene products.
- Request preventive or ad-hoc maintenance (water coolers, air conditioning, pest control, equipment, etc.).
- Send reports and track suppliers' invoices.
- Generate labels and organize pickups with the postal service (Correios).
- Support management of items in external storage.
- Ensure delivery of service anniversary gifts, birthday presents and special kits.
- Support the logistics of vouchers and awards.
- Manage access and registrations.
- Interface with the Infrastructure team for equipment requests and tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative routines, facilities or human resources is a plus.
- Organization, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and willingness to collaborate in a team.
