About the role

  • Actively participate in a high-performance, multidisciplinary team, contributing across the planning and development process.
  • Responsible for writing, executing, and automating software tests to ensure the team's deliverables are consistent and of high quality.
  • Plan detailed, clear, and well-structured test scenarios;
  • Prepare and execute functional, exploratory, regression, usability tests, and others;
  • Log, document evidence, and track bug reports with the development team;
  • Estimate, prioritize, and plan activities within an agile environment;
  • Develop and maintain the automated test suite (Cypress and Maestro Framework);
  • Perform testing at all stages of the software development lifecycle;
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation;
  • Use and analyze SQL (ClickHouse) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases to validate tests;
  • Collaborate and maintain clear, ongoing communication with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development within an agile environment;
  • Execution of software tests (functional and non-functional);
  • Experience with web and mobile test automation;
  • Knowledge of software testing techniques and best practices;
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Kanban);
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, GitHub, and VS Code;
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Maestro, among others);
  • Experience with API test automation (Postman, among others);
  • Certifications or postgraduate education in software quality are a plus;
  • Experience with performance, load, and stress testing (JMeter, k6).
