Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client stakeholders, focusing on technical and non-functional requirements.
Design and implement Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules.
Collaborate with clients and partners on matters related to the Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) architecture, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
Develop, code, and unit test Cúram solutions in a J2EE environment using the Eclipse framework.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues where test results deviate from expected outcomes.
Establish strong working relationships with team members, system integration partners, and clients, promoting Cúram as a trusted solution.
Manage source code using standard version control tools.
Lead and mentor junior consultants on project teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical consulting, technology related role, ideally with a large consulting firm delivering solutions
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Cúram software
Minimum 5 years of experience in J2EE/Java development
Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL)
