About the role
- Providing expert clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals using Micromedex solutions.
- Serving as a strategic clinical advisor across pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
- Partnering with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Editorial teams.
- Influencing buying decisions and driving customer adoption.
- Delivering clinical demonstrations for customers and providing expert clinical guidance.
Requirements
- Board certification in a pharmacy specialty (e.g., BCPS, BCACP) or PGY2 in Informatics or Management / Administration.
- Experience in health IT, clinical decision support, informatics, or industry roles
- Experience supporting enterprise healthcare organizations or complex sales cycles.
- Professional doctorate degree (PharmD)
- Post-graduate residency training (PGY1)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy.
