About the role

  • Support Head of Brand and Design in the conceptualization and execution of design projects supporting master brand and individual product line brands
  • Create engaging visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, event graphics and printed marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and meet project objectives
  • Adhere to and help maintain brand guidelines across all creative output to ensure a cohesive brand experience
  • Prepare design files for print production and digital deployment
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Express); Figma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Word
  • Familiarity/experience with simple video editing and animation is a plus
  • Basic understanding of web coding and/or web CMS (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital and print design processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into effective designs
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
