About the role
- Perform data analyses and create dashboards and visualizations using our proprietary tools and databases as well as other solutions such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and other analytic platforms.
- Assist in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Using claims data and other benefits-related information, support senior analysts and consultants in identifying trends and patterns, as well as opportunities to reduce costs or improve the quality of care.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
- Investigate and resolve data issues.
- Provide user support to system users at our customers and consulting partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams including data management, clinical experts, and product support to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with data analysis and/or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
