Work closely with customers and translate their needs into practical solutions
Help design and set up support structures, incident procedures, and monitoring systems
Analyse and resolve complex issues in production environments
Contribute ideas to improve support processes and cloud infrastructure
Participate in a one-week 24/7 on-call rotation every four weeks

Requirements

Hands-on mindset and a passion for technology
Ability to maintain regular contact with customers in both Dutch and English
Experience with technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, ECS, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Grafana
Problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve complex issues in production environments
