About the role
- Build our MVP and shape core technology for an AI-native energy supplier
- Build features end-to-end across frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/TypeScript), and database (PostgreSQL)
- Design scalable architecture in a modern monorepo setup
- Collaborate directly with founders, product, and early customers
- Debug, refactor, and iterate quickly to keep the platform robust and fast
- Take responsibility for technical decisions that set the foundation for scale
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production-grade fullstack applications
- Strong skills in Node.js and TypeScript
- Proficient with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL or similar)
- Comfortable working across the full stack and eager to take ownership
- Pragmatic, solution-driven, and motivated by solving real-world problems in energy and climate
- Fluent in English (our team language); German a plus
- Expertise in workflow automation and agent frameworks (e.g., n8n, LangGraph) is a strong asset
