About the role

  • Build and integrate the GTM toolchain (Cognism, Dealfront, Clay, Pipedrive, PandaDoc, Juro, Google Drive)
  • Develop and maintain automations (Make, n8n, Zapier) to connect leads, CRM, quotes, and contracts
  • Own CRM system: pipeline design, data hygiene, dashboards, KPI tracking
  • Implement ICP lead generation and quote/contract workflows and templates
  • Set up automated reporting (Lead → SQL → Won, pipeline coverage, contract cycle times) for founders and investors
  • Collaborate closely with founders on GTM and Growth strategy and target customer focus
  • Enable sales adoption of tools and establish feedback loops across sales, marketing, and product

Requirements

  • Experienced in setting up or running CRM and automation systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Skilled with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and API integrations
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes (lead generation, funnel, contracting)
  • Experience owning CRM: pipeline design, data hygiene, dashboards, KPI tracking
  • Ability to build quote and contract workflows (PandaDoc, Juro, DocuSign)
  • Process- and data-driven mindset; hands-on problem solver
  • Bonus: familiarity with the EU market and GDPR compliance
