About the role
- Build and integrate the GTM toolchain (Cognism, Dealfront, Clay, Pipedrive, PandaDoc, Juro, Google Drive)
- Develop and maintain automations (Make, n8n, Zapier) to connect leads, CRM, quotes, and contracts
- Own CRM system: pipeline design, data hygiene, dashboards, KPI tracking
- Implement ICP lead generation and quote/contract workflows and templates
- Set up automated reporting (Lead → SQL → Won, pipeline coverage, contract cycle times) for founders and investors
- Collaborate closely with founders on GTM and Growth strategy and target customer focus
- Enable sales adoption of tools and establish feedback loops across sales, marketing, and product
Requirements
- Experienced in setting up or running CRM and automation systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Skilled with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and API integrations
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes (lead generation, funnel, contracting)
- Experience owning CRM: pipeline design, data hygiene, dashboards, KPI tracking
- Ability to build quote and contract workflows (PandaDoc, Juro, DocuSign)
- Process- and data-driven mindset; hands-on problem solver
- Bonus: familiarity with the EU market and GDPR compliance
