About the role
- Independent management of existing customer accounts
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
- Together with our Product team, you analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
- Occasional attendance at professional events and conferences
- Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
- Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integrations team
- Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
Requirements
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Confident presence and strong communication skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders
- B2B sales or account management — ideally in healthcare or SaaS
- Ability to explain AI-based solutions clearly and convey their benefits
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Highly self-motivated, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of a dynamic startup environment
- Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
- Open to new things, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
- Team-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility
