About the role
- Management of private label projects from tenders and inquiries through to market launch
- Implementation and monitoring of all project steps in accordance with the project plan
- Independent responsibility for formulation, design and packaging development according to customer requirements
- Planning and implementation of marketing measures for private label products
- Analysis of sales and volume trends for defined assortments
- Initiation of portfolio revisions in collaboration with key customers and brand owners
- Support of industrial customers, including coordination of contract manufacturing and order processing
- Support for our key private label customers on all assortment-related matters
Requirements
- Several years of commercial/business experience, ideally in product management, enabling you to reliably assess business implications
- You understand the interface function in product management and can clearly interpret and implement the requirements of other departments
- Proactive and clear communication comes naturally to you — you drive topics forward and keep all stakeholders informed
- You organize your tasks efficiently and remain focused even on complex projects
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector helps you accurately assess market and customer expectations
- Experience in product development: you accompany products from concept to market launch while keeping all relevant factors in view
- With your good English skills you communicate confidently at an international level
