About the role
- Execution and technical support of measurement-based, in-line inspections of plastic injection-moulded parts
- Conducting series monitoring
- Regular exchange with adjacent departments
- Evaluation and documentation of initial samples, tool adjustments and optimizations
- Blocking/releasing items in case of (non-)compliance with drawing specifications
Requirements
- Professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the plastics industry
- Strong technical understanding
- Confident handling of common inspection and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA volumes desirable
- Good PC skills and experience with CAQ systems, ideally Babtec
- Completed technical training is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
