About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate workflows for a portfolio of higher education partners, tracking deliverables and proactively addressing risks
  • Support configuration of mentoring programs in the Mentor Collective platform based on institutional goals, matching parameters, and custom user roles
  • Build and tailor surveys, communication templates, and other core assets
  • Guide customers through participant data collection, spreadsheet formatting, and system verification
  • Perform quality assurance checks before program go-live
  • Coordinate participant matching workflows and implementation phase readiness
  • Facilitate orientation calls and platform walkthroughs for administrators and staff
  • Assist in developing user guides, launch kits, and self-service customer resources
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for customer questions
  • Leverage AI, automation, and internal software tools to streamline administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Partner Support, Account Executives, Product and Engineering, and Customer Success Managers
  • Identify repetitive tasks, suggest workflow improvements, and refine playbooks and customer resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entry-level role; 0–2 years of experience
  • Relevant internships, campus leadership, or customer-facing roles are a plus
  • Curious and highly trainable; able to learn new software quickly and apply feedback
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting over Zoom and guiding customers through multi-step processes
  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes ownership of issues
  • Logical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Interest in education technology, software workflows, AI tools, and higher education
