AI Research Scientist

• Review digitised histopathology slides and provide structured annotations/labelling according to study protocols.
• Apply specialty knowledge to ensure accurate labelling of pathology features and assist in developing annotation guidelines and SOPs.
• Independently review diagnostic outputs generated by AI models and compare them against gold-standard pathology diagnoses.
• Provide structured feedback on model performance, sensitivity/specificity, and clinically relevant errors.
• Participate in systematic evaluation of usability, interpretability, and clinical applicability of AI tools within histopathology practice.
• Work alongside data scientists and software engineers to refine data annotation workflows and model testing strategies.
