About the role
- Help build AI training data that captures how private equity and growth equity professionals evaluate investments
- Value companies, structure transactions, manage portfolio companies, and drive returns across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to exit
Requirements
- 2–5 years of private equity or growth equity experience at a megafund or upper-middle market fund
- Associate, VP, or Principal level; industry agnostic
- Strong LBO and/or growth equity modeling skills; deep familiarity with deal structuring, leverage, and return attribution
- Experience across the deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, IC memos, portfolio monitoring, and exit preparation
- Comfort working across buyout, carve-out, take-private, or growth/minority transaction types
