About the role
- You work operationally within our partner clinics — both on-site and remotely — and are responsible for your own portfolio of clinics.
- You independently and purposefully oversee the implementation of our hybrid aftercare programs.
- In close coordination with various professional groups, you identify collaboration challenges early and develop pragmatic solutions.
- You analyze usage potential, derive concrete measures and implement them independently.
- You actively contribute to the further development of our processes, establish sustainable structures and proactively bring in your ideas.
- You will find a dynamic environment with plenty of room for innovation and shaping the work.
Requirements
- Degree in Health Management or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience is an advantage, ideally in the hospital sector or in the context of hospital partnerships
- You are characterized by empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of relationship management
- You work in a structured, proactive and solution-oriented manner
- You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are interested in digital health applications and want to actively promote their use
- You are based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
