About the role

  • You enjoy traveling, are comfortable engaging with people, and take pleasure in presenting psychological content in an engaging, practice-oriented manner
  • Deliver trainings, workshops, and lectures on-site at clinics and other partner locations, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg
  • Regular travel within Germany, including overnight stays in various cities
  • Work closely with the teams in Clinical Partnership Management, Partnership Development, and Payor Partnership Management
  • Conduct psychological tele-sessions and contribute to the content development of our programs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Diplom in Psychology with completed PT1 and/or PT2
  • Experience working in inpatient or (partial) inpatient settings
  • Strong enthusiasm for giving presentations and lectures
  • Enjoys traveling and getting to know new places, teams, and situations
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas while reliably managing routine appointments and tasks
  • Team-player mindset, flexibility, and strong communication skills
