About the role

  • As a member of the Partnership Development team, you will work closely with the head of the Partnership Development department
  • You will be primarily responsible for initiating written contact and following up by phone with potential partners
  • Initiating written contact with potential partners, primarily via email
  • Developing and adapting outreach messages and communication strategies
  • Phone outreach (proactive and reactive)
  • Researching and identifying suitable cooperation partners
  • Maintaining and documenting contacts in the CRM system
  • Supporting the establishment of structured processes in Partnership Development
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Partnership Management)
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the partner network
  • Evaluating the measures and strategies implemented

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a degree in healthcare management, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or similar roles is an advantage
  • You are empathetic, strong in communication, and enjoy relationship management
  • You combine very good written communication skills in German with a professional manner in written contact
  • You enjoy making phone calls and conduct conversations professionally, empathetically and with assertiveness
  • You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner
  • Confident use of common tools (email; CRM systems are an advantage)
  • You are interested in building new processes and structures
  • You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
  • You are interested in digital solutions for mental health and want to actively promote their adoption
