About the role
- As a member of the Partnership Development team, you will work closely with the head of the Partnership Development department
- You will be primarily responsible for initiating written contact and following up by phone with potential partners
- Initiating written contact with potential partners, primarily via email
- Developing and adapting outreach messages and communication strategies
- Phone outreach (proactive and reactive)
- Researching and identifying suitable cooperation partners
- Maintaining and documenting contacts in the CRM system
- Supporting the establishment of structured processes in Partnership Development
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Partnership Management)
- Contributing to the strategic development of the partner network
- Evaluating the measures and strategies implemented
Requirements
- Commercial training or a degree in healthcare management, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or similar roles is an advantage
- You are empathetic, strong in communication, and enjoy relationship management
- You combine very good written communication skills in German with a professional manner in written contact
- You enjoy making phone calls and conduct conversations professionally, empathetically and with assertiveness
- You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner
- Confident use of common tools (email; CRM systems are an advantage)
- You are interested in building new processes and structures
- You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are interested in digital solutions for mental health and want to actively promote their adoption
