Key responsibilities & impact

Provide group and/or individual clinical services to patients mandated by Court or RMV.
Complete initial adult comprehensive assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews.
Participate in ongoing curriculum development and provide documentation and consultation with probation officers, courts, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Educate, support, and empower participants by sharing information on community resources, recovery supports, and self-help groups.
Maintain current knowledge of recovery-oriented practices through trainings, webinars, and professional development.
Complete required documentation and administrative tasks, promptly report crises or incidents, and promote respect for each individual’s cultural identity.

Applicants MUST reside in one of the following to be eligible: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Maine, West Virginia, or Puerto Rico.
Bachelor’s or master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field OR independent licensure.
Experience and proficiency in substance use disorder treatment and recovery, including knowledge of addiction services and local resources.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.
