Key responsibilities & impact

Provides group and/or individual clinical services to patients mandated by Court or RMV.
Completes initial adult comprehensive assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews for each participant.
Participates in ongoing curriculum development and provides documentation and consultation with probation officers, courts, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Supports participants in identifying, articulating, and working toward recovery goals while reducing risk of recidivism.
Assists individuals in setting and implementing treatment and recovery goals for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Educates, supports, and empowers participants with information on community resources, recovery supports, and self-help groups.
Maintains current knowledge of recovery-oriented practices through trainings, webinars, and professional development.
Completes required documentation and administrative tasks, promptly reporting crises or incidents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants MUST reside in one of the following to be eligible: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Maine, West Virginia, or Puerto Rico.
Bachelor’s or master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field OR independent licensure.
Experience and proficiency in substance use disorder treatment and recovery, including knowledge of addiction services and local resources.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred.
