About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct intake, provide ongoing follow-up, and monitor the progress of cases
  • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary manner with other involved professionals
  • Discuss clinical cases with the team
  • Update beneficiary records in the client's system
  • Prepare clinical and follow-up reports
  • Continuously assess treatment progress
  • Refer patients to the most appropriate treatment when necessary
  • Facilitate coordination and communication among professionals involved in care
  • Monitor and periodically reassess cases
  • Work in an integrated manner with the internal team and with the client
  • Support less-experienced professionals (when applicable)
  • Conduct sessions for beneficiaries of strategic and/or specific cases, as directed by coordination
  • Maintain an NPS of 90 points or higher

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Psychology (required)
  • Active CRP registration (Regional Psychology Council)
  • Proven experience in psychological care and/or brief psychotherapy
  • Experience handling higher-complexity cases
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to discuss cases within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to act effectively in crisis situations
  • Agility in service delivery, assessment, and referral
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Comfort with administrative controls and monitoring performance indicators
  • Strong written and verbal communication for report preparation
