Requirements

What you’ll need

One of the following Licenses/Certifications: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), Certified School Counselor (IL PEL Certificate), MSW with LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong consultative and data analysis abilities
Ability to develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
