About the role
- Own the tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, paid social, retargeting, and ABM.
- Manage the promotion and execution of webinars and virtual events, from setup to post-event follow-up, to drive registrations and attendance.
- Repurpose content for digital channels, assist with SEO optimization to improve organic traffic/conversions and support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and use data to optimize campaigns for improved conversion rates and ROI.
- Explore and implement new digital marketing tactics, including using generative AI to optimize campaigns and content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on tactical execution, either in-house or agency.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Marketo, and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- A proactive, self-starter who is motivated to stay current with digital marketing trends and new technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
