About the role
- Define, validate and improve the vision and strategy for Menlo Security’s Secure Enterprise Browser, in collaboration with other product leaders and executives, aligning with the company's vision and customer needs.
- Lead, manage and mentor multiple product managers by setting ambitious goals, developing and executing strategies to achieve them, and be accountable for the overall success of the product line.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure the product team is laser-focused on delivering solutions that solve real customer problems and have true competitive advantage.
- Identify new growth opportunities, prioritize and execute those priorities by developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, releases, and timelines for the browser security portfolio.
- Work closely with engineering, UI design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to align the product direction and ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the browser security product portfolio. Use data to inform decision-making, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Identify and execute growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.
- Represent Menlo Security as a thought leader, speak at industry events, conferences, and webinars and contribute to thought leadership content and evangelize the company's vision.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing product teams.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, preferably with a focus on browser security, AI security, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of owning and driving the success of a SaaS Enterprise product line.
- Ability to be an active participant in architecture and design reviews.
- Strong business acumen, financial modeling skills, and experience with go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of building, inspiring, and mentoring high-performing product teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term product vision. Experience in setting and executing product strategy across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise cybersecurity landscape and technologies, security vulnerabilities, and the competitive technology offerings. Familiarity with AI/ML security from the perspective of using AI technologies to improve product capabilities as well securing AI.
- A genuine passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make a real impact on the industry.
