Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster and grow relationships with Tier 1 banks
  • Manage complex customer engagement cycles from onboarding to renewal
  • Provide tailored solutions that meet clients' unique requirements
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle and account performance reviews
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for renewals and proposals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years+ of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the software or FinTech industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of using a consultative approach to drive customer engagement and success
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, particularly cloud-based technologies
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs
  • English (required) and French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic (nice to have) language skills
