About the role

  • Lead and coordinate implementations and upgrades with our customers
  • Communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring functional and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them effectively
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk-logs and status reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end, complex, multi stakeholder projects on time and within scope
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Ability to work 2 days per week from the office
  • Ability to travel worldwide up to 1 week per month
