- Exceptional knowledge of financial services UX in a B2B context
- Strong analytical skills for complex product capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a track record of fostering positive relationships
- Articulate communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative spirit working within diverse teams
- Experience conducting workshops, design sprints, and training sessions
- Ability to work 2 days a week from the office
