About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordination, Take-off, Procurement, scheduling, and logistics of Procurement items as needed
- Research permit availability/tracking and prepare, submit and/or record documentation for local municipality officers, as required.
- Review, document and understand client contract terms.
- Manage to those terms and ensure adherence.
- Secure Client, Landlord, Municipality Insurance certificates for project start upon Award.
- Document Control- Monitor plan revisions, distribute to field, subcontractors, project team-as directed by PM.
- Provide day to day support for field superintendents and Menemsha trade labor resources.
- Support project team with receiving & processing project submittals for PM Review, as required.
- Review/qualify project submittals and submit for architect or client approval, as required.
- Secure/Release POs for Material, Finish purchases, as negotiated and directed by PM.
- Research, negotiate and procure warehousing, as required.
- Write/develop Trade/ Subcontractor for Minor Scopes of Work for contract execution.
- Qualify and Negotiate subcontractor labor and materials, within budget restraints as directed by PM.
- Reporting project schedule updates, % complete.
- Adjust schedule as needed throughout project duration
- Track timeliness of responses for RFI's, change orders, submittals etc. to support project/program schedule.
- Track Procurement Items and coordination, manage the schedule for shipping/delivery, as needed.
- Support preparation of project/program specific reporting, as required by contract/client/internal.
- Coordinate timely closeout of project.
- Track punch list items thru completion.
- Conduct site walks, progress/conditions, as directed.
