Key responsibilities & impact

Own AI research and end-to-end features
Lead applied AI research and turn it into features shipped across our products
Build evaluation harnesses (golden sets, regression tests) so AI features don't silently degrade
Build the AI behind our usage analytics and the AI-driven strategic recommendations we provide to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of ML/AI engineering experience, with a track record of delivering models and AI features in production
Strong expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and evaluation (golden sets, LLM-as-judge, regression testing)
Experience optimizing AI systems for cost, latency, and quality in production
Strong software engineering fundamentals — you deliver and operate, not just prototype
Comfortable with Python and able to work on a TypeScript production codebase
Experience with small language models (SLMs) and deploying models to devices/on-prem is a strong plus
