About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and evolution of Mendo’s Client Hub, a strategic back-office web application that enables our enterprise clients to manage their licenses, users, organizational subdivisions, and access advanced analytics on AI and Mendo usage.
  • Technical leadership and development: Lead full‑stack development of the Client Hub on the Mendo stack (React/Tailwind + NestJS).
  • Actively contribute hands-on to development (60–70% of the time) while mentoring and guiding the team.
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and daily support of the team.
  • Define and arbitrate the squad’s technical priorities in collaboration with the CTO.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions capable of supporting 4x growth by 2026.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in full‑stack TypeScript/JavaScript development.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical leadership of a small team (even 2–3 people).
  • Proven experience in transitioning from startup to scale‑up: active participation in a rapid growth phase (Series A/B fundraising, scaling x3–x4).
  • Track record of complex B2B SaaS projects with multi‑tenancy, permissions, and scaling challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience building large‑scale analytics solutions or customer-facing back-office systems.
  • Advanced practice of AI‑Driven Development: daily use of AI tools to accelerate development.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and make trade-offs between competing technical initiatives.
  • Excellent command of French and English (technical and professional).
