About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of full-stack features on the Mendo stack (React/Tailwind + NestJS).
Ensure code quality and the team's technical excellence through rigorous code reviews.
Make architectural decisions aligned with the product roadmap and scalability objectives.
Actively contribute hands-on to development while mentoring and guiding the team.
Manage the release lifecycle for the different versions of Mendo.
Identify, plan, and execute priority refactors to maintain a healthy codebase.
Continuously train junior developers on development best practices.
Work closely with the CTO and the Product team to translate the vision into technical reality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in TypeScript/JavaScript full-stack development.
Proven experience leading a team of developers (even a small team).
Track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business pragmatism.
Excellent command of French and English (technical and professional).
Experience with generative AI, browser extensions, or desktop applications.
