About the role

  • Build and operate a robust, scalable People Ops function
  • Manage the employee lifecycle (offer → onboarding → offboarding)
  • Handle employee administration: contracts, amendments, absences, working time
  • Ensure compliance with the CCN SYNTEC collective agreement
  • Monitor compliance with the "forfait jours" working time regime
  • Oversee semi-outsourced payroll
  • Ensure payroll data accuracy
  • Administer variable compensation elements
  • Coordinate BSPCE administration
  • Ensure consistency of compensation packages
  • Design and automate HR processes
  • Lead implementation and evolution of the HRIS
  • Produce and analyze HR KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with labor law
  • Manage relationships with service providers (payroll, legal)

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years' experience in People Ops / HR Operations
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong knowledge of the CCN SYNTEC collective agreement
  • Experience with semi-outsourced payroll
  • Experience with HRIS and HR data
  • Professional proficiency in French and English
