Act as the primary point of contact for the program and aligns Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, Services Management and the customer for the program, including across countries.
Drive customer to realize value from Digital Enterprise Solutions and guide the customer through required value realization plan changes.
Together with Engagement Management, identify and create additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing program.
Plan the program according to the value realization plan and initiate the required projects to achieve the program vision.
