About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the operations that govern the Diagnostic Programs in accordance with previously agreed guidelines;
Provide customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp;
Receive and proactively contact physicians, patients, and clients regarding commercial and operational requests;
Resolve pending issues required for test/sample registration;
Resolve technical questions from physicians, clients, and patients, either directly or indirectly;
Handle requests from local or external suppliers and clients;
Support the implementation of Diagnostic Projects and Programs developed by Mendelics;
Address client needs according to internal workflows and agreements;
Prepare internal and external management reports;
Perform billing routines in partnership with the Finance team;
Conduct periodic data collection and reporting for internal and external requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Dedicated and able to work effectively in a team;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience with commercial and/or operational routines in the healthcare sector;
Desirable: knowledge of Human Genetics and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.);
Plus: intermediate English.
