About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage and grow social media channels Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Create creative video, image and text content for social media, website and marketing campaigns
Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar tools
Design social media posts, marketing materials and website elements using Photoshop, Canva or similar programs
Write social media copy, ads, blog articles and newsletters
Support trade shows and offline events with content production and live coverage
Assist with strategic management of ads and organic content for lead generation and campaign optimization
Further develop the Mendato brand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in social media management & content creation
Skills in video editing & image editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva etc.)
Creativity & a good sense for trends in the digital world
Experience in copywriting
Independent & structured working style
Residence in Berlin or Hamburg with willingness to travel
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
