About the role
- Responsible for sales penetration of custom packaging solutions within defined territories.
- Team with ORBIS account managers to maximize sales growth.
- Establish strategies, objectives, and action plans for key accounts.
- Achieve effective territory coverage through joint and independent sales calls.
- Prospect to grow the customer base within assigned territory.
- Create custom designs, samples, and cost estimates as required.
- Manage protective returnable packaging design projects.
- Drive new market development and new product introductions.
- Maintain communication with sales engineers and account managers.
- Provide cost estimates while adhering to sound engineering principles and ISO compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 -4 years of relevant experience
- Balance of sales and engineering skills
- Spatial ability- 3D design and model recognition
- Ability to convey concepts, requirements via sketching
- CAD design capability
- Ability to handle the stress of working with others
- Valid driver’s license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required
- Availability outside of normal business hours.
