About the role

  • Responsible for sales penetration of custom packaging solutions within defined territories.
  • Team with ORBIS account managers to maximize sales growth.
  • Establish strategies, objectives, and action plans for key accounts.
  • Achieve effective territory coverage through joint and independent sales calls.
  • Prospect to grow the customer base within assigned territory.
  • Create custom designs, samples, and cost estimates as required.
  • Manage protective returnable packaging design projects.
  • Drive new market development and new product introductions.
  • Maintain communication with sales engineers and account managers.
  • Provide cost estimates while adhering to sound engineering principles and ISO compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 -4 years of relevant experience
  • Balance of sales and engineering skills
  • Spatial ability- 3D design and model recognition
  • Ability to convey concepts, requirements via sketching
  • CAD design capability
  • Ability to handle the stress of working with others
  • Valid driver’s license required/Motor Vehicle Report Required
  • Availability outside of normal business hours.
