About the role

  • Manage highly complex IT projects and programs supporting enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, dependency, and quality management.
  • Manage the development, deployment, and enhancement of enterprise applications, platforms, and data solutions.
  • Manage the delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives, including Enterprise Data Platform implementations and enhancements.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum practices within project execution as appropriate, facilitating planning, execution, and review activities in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Coordinate and direct internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, delivery approaches, and documentation across all project phases.
  • Provide input into budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for assigned initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business and IT leaders to support requirements gathering, solution delivery, and adoption.
  • Support portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and reporting activities.
  • Assist IT leadership and PMO management in establishing delivery standards, practices, and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT delivery maturity, including the practical adoption of Agile-informed practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including significant experience in IT project management.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
  • Experience managing projects involving Data & Analytics, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
  • Agile-related training or certifications are a plus.
