Using your comprehensive understanding of the global soccer community, you will approach and sell to partners across the US to partner Men in Blazers’ digital content with best in class organizations that resonate with soccer fans across the world.
Build and deliver engaging proposals to brand partnerships, soccer leagues, or any other organization involved in US soccer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various buyers and partners to nurture and develop their connection to the Men in Blazers Media Network
Stay up to date on changes in and around soccer communities across the country to better align potential partners with our community
Work closely with the wider sales teams to find opportunities to better package the complete portfolio of Men in Blazers content (podcasts, digital video, live events, social media, etc)
Utilize data heavily to continuously improve how and where we go to market to find brand partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of content partnerships experience in a similar environment, preferably in a digital media and/or sports organization
Significant experience & established relationships with brand partners & agencies that could be utilized to grow our engagement and reach in the US soccer community
In depth knowledge and existing relationships with the wider soccer landscape (MLS, NWSL, WSL, Fifa, etc)
Ability to utilize ongoing trends in the soccer & digital media landscape to creatively package digital products for our sponsor partners
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a digestible way
High level of communication skills
High level of organization skills
Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members
Flexibility to be available during stoppage time, when necessary
