Contribute to development and maintenance of social media calendar for real-time (match days, tournaments, live events) and pre-programmed content (episodic releases, partner commitments)
Create content for Men in Blazers social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), including emotionally intelligent copy and visual content (photo and video)
Adapt real-time soccer news stories to be relevant and engaging across channels
Ideate with stakeholders to add value to commercial partnerships through social channels
Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage content development and timelines
Daily monitoring, management, and maintenance of Men in Blazers channels and community
Use performance metrics to determine opportunities for content optimization
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of social media experience with an eye for design
Experience creating original content and adapting existing content (TV Shows, Podcasts, etc.) for social media
Knowledge of soccer, soccer culture and a love of the game, globally
Experience in pre-production, production and post-production workflows in various delivery formats
Ability to design and create social graphics and produce short-form videos
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere and Photoshop or similar video/photo editing software
Knowledge of social media trends and high-level cultural moments spanning sports and entertainment
Ability to work evenings and weekends (this position will require working weekends to track football matches)
Authorization to work in the country where the job is primarily located (application asks about legal work authorization)
