About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participates in a six (6) month rotational program within the Community Health departments.
  • Engages in community health department rotations, completing assigned projects under the guidance of supporting manager.
  • Establishes connections with providers to identify suitable medical, mental health, and dental homes.
  • Rotates and travels across Memorial Hermann locations within the greater Houston area.
  • Advocates on behalf of the patient and family.
