About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of Information Systems
- Intermediate to advanced analysis, design, configuration and implementation
- Ensures integration of technology into effective workflow and process design
- Provides advanced ongoing analysis, consultation, complex problem-solving, collaboration and application support to users
- Responsible for contributing to system training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree, preferred
- Epic Certification required
- Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in a large, corporate systems development and implementation activities
- Industry training and increasingly responsible experience
- Previous Epic or other Health Information Systems experience required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Epic application support, development tools and methodologies
- Good analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good communication, collaboration and customer service skills
