Manager, Corporate Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the development and delivery of strategic and tactical information
- Interprets and advises Senior Leadership on strategic projects/studies
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains
- Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams
- Evaluate, select, and work with external partners
- Support implementation of digital and operational solutions
- Translate strategy into execution, defining KPIs, tracking progress
- Identify and advance opportunities to improve care delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Economics)
- MBA, MPH, or equivalent experience preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare operations, digital health, or related field
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
- Experience working on or with digital / health technology solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
