About the role
- Responsible for performing complex financial analysis assignments, specifically related to reimbursement issues.
- Contributes to the accuracy of system-level net revenue reporting in the financial statements.
- Develops impactful analytics and promotes an environment of innovation.
- Provides creative insights and critical thinking skills in determining appropriate techniques.
- Supports monthly financial close process focusing on data accuracy, trend models, and communication of findings.
- Analyzes financial data, discerns important trends for management's decision making.
- Prepares schedules for financial reporting to external sources, including auditors.
- Liaises with departments across the organization, including finance executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (preferred concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics).
- Minimum seven (7) years of work experience in net revenue.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Revenue accounting knowledge and experience required.
- Skills must include analytical capabilities sufficient for providing net revenue observations.
- Working knowledge of net revenue and reimbursement structures from commercial and government payors.
- Experience retrieving data from various systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA.
