About the role
- Consulting on processes related to the onboarding activities of acquired/MSO physician practice arrangements
- Serving as a primary liaison with prospective provider groups to coordinate the implementation, training, support, and ongoing maintenance of all activities related to the onboarding process
- Tracking the 30/60/90 days post go-live reporting
- Identifying process improvement opportunities related to all integrated onboarding activities
- Travel is required in this position
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree related field or relevant combination of training and experience
- Five (5) years of practice management experience in an outpatient physician practice setting, with an understanding of physician needs, project management, practice patterns, practice management systems, and workflow
- 15 years of healthcare industry experience, with at least 10 years in physician practice management (without Degree)
- Strong understanding of healthcare coding and physician practice regulatory requirements knowledge
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects at the same time and achieve results
- Significant working knowledge of MS Office- (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and SharePoint
