About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in the commercial energy storage segment, including comprehensive advice and support
  • Own the entire customer process: from first contact to proposal preparation and order coordination through to delivery organization
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and the Commercial Storage category to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Participate in sales events and joint customer appointments
  • Coordinate customer outreach together with the sales team and actively take part in sales events and activities
  • Independently design commercial storage solutions and possess solid knowledge of use cases, Energy Management Systems (EMS) and trading opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial or technical training, or a comparable degree
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in renewable energies or energy storage solutions, is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability, with a customer-focused approach
  • Technical understanding of energy storage systems and photovoltaics is a plus
  • High degree of initiative, team spirit and target orientation
  • Very good German language skills (C1) in speaking and writing, and confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
