About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You identify and develop customer potential (craft trades, construction, energy suppliers) and actively build partnerships.
  • You conduct advisory and sales meetings (remote & on-site) and manage the process through to closing.
  • You qualify inquiries, prepare quotes, and ensure fast, reliable responses.
  • You manage and strategically develop existing customers (up-/cross-selling, framework agreements, referral networks).
  • You monitor market and competitor developments and derive concrete actions for your region.
  • You document your pipeline accurately in the CRM (Salesforce) and work with clear priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B sales (field sales or hybrid model) with proven success in developing and closing deals.
  • Basic technical understanding, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong customer focus.
  • Structured way of working, strong teamwork skills, and a confident approach to challenges.
  • Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel for regional client appointments.
  • Fluent German language skills (C1).
