About the role

  • Work across the end-to-end design process, including Discovery, User Research, Concepting, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Delivery, and Implementation, monitoring production results and applying continuous improvements to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Product, Technology, and Business teams to understand real user needs and translate them into scalable, effective design solutions.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes that clearly demonstrate navigation flows, interactions, and information architecture.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces (UI), aligned with UX design principles and usability best practices.
  • Support the evolution, management, and application of our Design System, ensuring visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date on trends in digital design, UX/UI, accessibility, prototyping tools, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to develop innovative products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in technology companies or startups;
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects in visual design, UI design, UX research, and user-centered design thinking;
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma;
  • Knowledge and practical experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, iterative environment with Product, Engineering, and Business teams;
  • Nice to have: experience or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts to the design process, whether for automation, personalization of the user experience, or design decision support.
