About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Manage and support Crossplane, automating infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments using GitOps practices.
  • Administer and optimize AWS environments with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and security best practices.
  • Implement and maintain observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Datadog.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, testing, and operational workflows with an emphasis on security and performance.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform and Crossplane to ensure standardization and traceability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture by proposing improvements that increase reliability and support growth.
  • Collaborate with development teams to accelerate product delivery with quality and stability, integrating DevOps practices.
  • Propose and implement security and resilience strategies to minimize risks and prevent critical incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes, including knowledge of its architecture and operations.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, and Datadog.
  • Experience in AWS environments with a focus on automation, cost optimization, and security.
  • Experience with Crossplane or similar technologies for managing and provisioning infrastructure using declarative APIs.
  • Skills in automation with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
  • Experience with microservices, containers, and distributed architectures.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance practices for cloud and on-premises platforms.
