About the role
- Identify and reach out to Shopify brands via LinkedIn, email, and CRM
- Build and maintain lead lists and conversation notes
- Qualify prospects according to clear ICP (ideal customer profile) criteria
- Schedule initial meetings (demo calls) for the founders or sales team
- Work closely with marketing and SDRs to refine messaging
Requirements
- Some experience in outbound or customer contact (sales, growth, recruiting, or similar)
- Confident, friendly manner — written and verbal
- Structured, reliable approach to work
- Enjoy communicating and learning quickly
- Native-level German, good English
