About the role

  • Identify opportunities within the mid-market segment and drive targeted outreach initiatives
  • Harness momentum from Business Development and Marketing teams to generate pipeline
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations
  • Prepare tailored proposals addressing client needs and expectations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor through solution exploration and pricing discussions
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Identify upsell opportunities and nurture relationships beyond the initial sale
  • Consistently surpass sales targets and secure deals at competitive price points
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing customer success
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and contribute to sales leadership and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex value propositions
  • Proven results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and maintain ownership of accounts
  • Proactivity in conducting targeted outreach and lead generation activities
  • Excellent organizational skills, including management of the customer purchase process and contract negotiation
  • Collaborative mindset to coordinate with internal teams for implementation and client satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule (3-4 days in office per week)
  • Legal ability to work in the country of hire
